Committed to Clearly Differentiated CAR-T Therapies

At T-CURX, we are pursuing novel CAR-T therapies designed to reach patients faster and at lower cost, while delivering durable responses with reduced side effects. Our clinical-stage lead program could become the first CAR-T therapy in AML/CLL to spare hematopoietic stem cells and eliminate the need for additional bone marrow or stem cell transplantation. Two collaborative programs with the University Hospital Würzburg (UKW) address cross-entity targets that could enable treatment of both hematological cancers and solid tumors. Furthermore, we are accelerating our transition to become a leading in vivo CAR-T therapy developer and will expand our pipeline with novel programs in the months and years to come.

Our Pipeline

 

TCX-001

Our clinical lead CAR-T program, TCX-001, targets Siglec-6, which is a highly differentiated target expressed on AML-blasts and leukemic stem cells. In contrast to other AML targets – e.g., CD33 or CD123 – Siglec-6 is not expressed on healthy hematopoietic stem or progenitor cells. This spares the hematopoietic stem cell compartment from being destroyed by CAR-T cells. Based on this unique capability, a Siglec-6-targeting CAR-T therapy could provide an effective standalone treatment option for AML and CLL patients, rather than serving just a bridge-to-transplant therapy.

 

UKW-partnered programs

The two CAR-T pipeline programs being pursued in collaboration with the University Hospital Würzburg – one of Germany’s leading clinical oncology centers – address so-called cross-entity targets. A cross-entity target in CAR-T therapy is defined as a target that addresses a tumor associated antigen both in hematological malignancies (blood cancer) and solid tumors. Both programs have received substantial non-dilutive grant funding support. Depending on clinical trial outcomes, T-CURX can chose to internalize the UKW-partnered programs for continued clinical development and future commercialization. 

 

In vivo CAR-T strategy

With the addition of a proprietary LNP delivery platform via our 2026 acquisition of Pantherna Therapeutics, our future CAR-T programs will be aimed at translating and merging the benefits of our virus-free CAR-T pipeline programs with in vivo delivery strategies. This will enable novel CAR-T therapies that are more affordable and scalable and will make these life-changing treatments accessible to patients worldwide.
